Daniela has been deeply involved in yoga since 2007 and has been teaching yoga classes since 2012, primarily focusing on Ashtanga Vinyasa. In her lessons, she emphasizes the importance of spinal flexibility, which she believes is crucial for maintaining physical health as we age.
Her classes are dynamic and focus on warming up and strengthening the entire body. Daniela adapts yoga postures to meet the physical needs of individual clients and actively uses "hands-on" corrections to ensure proper asana alignment. She integrates yoga postures with the rhythm of inhalation and exhalation, paying close attention to detail. Expect longer holds in asanas, with the use of props if necessary.
Mindfulness is a key element in her asana practice. She encourages students to be aware of the work of the entire body and to stay present in the moment.
