'Out of the Metropolis - Art Across Borders' is a three-year project that aims to increase opportunities for the exchange of art across borders by generating and offering innovative methods for production and presentation of visual art in the periphery, thereby making possible for artists to move to and work outside major cities.
Through the project, three seminars are held in Bodø, Helsinki and Arles.
The first seminar in Bodø will be held on 26 September 2023, with the title 'BUILDING INNOVATIVE MICRO ART INSTITUTIONS IN THE PERIPHERY: HOW & FOR WHOM?'
