I hackathonet ser vi på hvordan utviklere, bibliotekarer og forskere kan benytte Python eller R for å hente ut data fra tekster i Nasjonalbibliotekets nettbibliotek til bruk i kvantitativ og kvalitativ analyse. Hackathonet vil også være relevant for utviklere som jobber med web-utvikling og Javascript.
Vi tar spesielt for oss analyser med Pythons Streamlit og Rs Shiny – i tillegg til Jupyter notebook.
I hackathonet gir vi grunnleggende innføring i DHLABs REST-API, og hvordan det kan brukes i forskjellige programmeringsspråk. Over APIet er det bygget mye funksjonalitet som er tilgjengelig fra R og Python.
