The session begins with a warm‑up that combines dance, play, and simple gymnastics exercises. Afterwards, there will be floor work performed on the open floor area, plus opportunities to use equipment such as a vault, high bar, rings, tumbling, trampoline, and a large trampoline. Each session ends with 15 minutes of strength training.
To get into the gymnasium, go through Door B on Tinghusgate, then walk straight through a cafeteria and out into a small hallway with an old door on the left. Arrive on time because this door will be locked. If someone is late, they can go around the outside of the building, look down into the gymnasium, and try to wave. Then we’ll unlock the door.
