Event details

Do you need a break from your daily studies filled with agility, strength and team spirit? Then come and try Cheerleading!

Trainers will demonstrate all basic techniques, so there is no requirement for prior experience in order to attend the open practice.

We start with a warm-up followed by light gymnastics. Then the trainers divide you into groups and you can try stunting during the last hour.

What do you need to bring with you?

Waterbottle and your usual excercise clothes
